These flavours are a direct result of the work of coffee farmers and the beans are roasted very slowly and in small quantities in the micro-roaster. The coffee is brewed in special bags with 0,3 L of boiling water for 2 to 4 minutes. The essential oils, aroma and taste are fully preserved. Coffee: After brewing, cold coffee or the used coffee powder can be used as garden fertilizer due to its high organic bound nitrogen content. Dry coffee grounds or sprayed coffee are an environmentally friendly pesticide against snails. Reading coffee grounds gives an interesting glimpse into the future and is easier to transport than crystal balls. You should not rely on this for either. An anecdote says that the Swedish King Gustav III tried to prove that coffee is poisonous. Two prisoners sentenced to death were supposedly pardoned for this; one prisoner had to drink tea, the other coffee, and that every day. These, however, are said to have outlived both the supervising doctors and the king.
